KOCHI: The Sobha Limited on Monday announced the launch of ‘Marina One’, a luxury residential project in Kochi, being built in co-ownership with Puravankara. Talking to reporters here on Monday, J C Sharma, vice-chairman and managing director of Sobha, said the property will offer “the perfect amalgamation of modern facilities, lush green space, and waterfront”. 

The project will have 12 towers and a total of 1,141 apartments. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2021.

With 497-metre waterfront and a sprawling five-acre urban park, every apartment is designed to have waterfront view. The project will have two, three and four bedroom luxury apartments, ranging from 2,482.65 sq ft to 3,710.67 sq ft and designed to entice the connoisseurs of elite lifestyle, the company said. 
The company has also set up at project site Marina One Experience Centre, which includes a museum and a demo flat. Sobha Museum is claimed to be the first such centre in South India. The centre offers various interactive features including audio guides for the customers and visitors.
