Elon Musk emails Tesla staff about sabotage by employee

CALIFORNIA: Tesla CEO Elon Musk emailed all of his staff about an alleged sabotage by an employee who reportedly shared highly sensitive data with third parties.

Musk told Tesla staff in the email that the employee in question had been caught conducting sabotage of the company's operations, The Verge reported.

He further revealed in the email that the employee claims to have engaged in such a practice because he didn't receive a promotion.

Musk has further instructed all of the employees to remain vigilant as the company is ramping up the production of its Model 3 car. Meanwhile, a small fire broke on a production line that halted production for several hours.
