BANGALORE: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has decided to widen the Raj Bhavan Road by another five metres in order to make it a twoway road to clear traffic bottleneck on Infantry Road.

Palike has decided to put ornamental grill in place of compound wall at Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain towards Chowdaiah Road. A skywalk for pedestrains would also come up based on the buildownoperate and transfer basis to cross the musical fountain and Nehru Planetarium.

A basement parking at Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain would also be constructed to facilitate visitors to the fountain, planetarium, war memorial, Akashwani and Raj Bhavan.
