Well-known writer Sara Abubakar has been selected for the Kannada Sahitya Parishat’s Nrupathunga Award in recognition of her contributions to Kannada literature.
The award has been instituted by the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC), a press release from the Parishat said on Saturday.
