Registration for Advanced Placement exams begins

High school students across the country can now register for College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) exams in 24 different subjects.

The AP exams are conducted at designated test centres in eight cities: Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. The AP exams will be held between May 6 and 17 and the deadline for registration is March 25. A press release said that over 90 per cent of the universities in the USA offer credit, advanced placement or both, on the basis of AP scores.
