Unidentified Body Found in Koramangala

An unidentified man, aged around 30 years, was found murdered at a vacant site in Koramangala 3rd Block on Monday morning.

An unidentified man, aged around 30 years, was found murdered at a vacant site in Koramangala 3rd Block on Monday morning.

Police said a passerby noticed the body in a vacant site near the post office around 9.30 am and informed them. They suspect the man was strangulated elsewhere and the body abandoned at the site late on Sunday night. Earlier, the police identified the deceased as Rajesh, after they found a receipt in his pocket about one Rajesh pledging a valuable with a pawn broker in Frazer Town. When the broker was contacted, it was learnt that the Rajesh who pledged the valuable was different. Koramangala police are now investigating how the receipt came into the pocket of the deceased.
