BJD president Naveen Patnaik urges party fronts to work as team

He said that the new office-bearers should travel extensively across Odisha, connect with students and youth at the grassroots level and remain deeply engaged with their concerns and aspirations.

BHUBANESWAR: BJD president Naveen Patnaik on Friday asked the newly-appointed president of the Biju Yuva Janata Dal (BYJD) and Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) to work as a team for addressing issues faced by the youth and students in the state.

The BJD president held an interactive session with the BYJD president Chinmaya Sahu, BCJD president Ipsita Sahu and advisors at the Naveen Niwas today. Emphasising the importance of humility, grace and accessibility in public life, Naveen urged the young leaders to stay grounded while upholding the values and principles of the BJD.

Highlighting the role of digital platforms, he advised the team to leverage social media effectively to spread awareness about the party’s ideals, developmental initiatives and commitments.
