PAZHASSI Raja may be his first Malayalam movie, but Sarath Kumar is still getting a lot of phone calls praising his performance in the film as Edachena Kungan. Sarath can’t stop gushing about the movie and says, “I’ve been getting phone calls from ministers in Kerala and I should thank director Hariharan for this opportunity.” At an audio launch held recently music director Ilayaraja said, “I felt like scoring music for my first movie. Hariharan has worked with 27 music directors earlier but this is the first time we’re coming together.” Sarath praised the efforts taken by the film’s technicians and also requested the producer Gokulam Gopalan to produce more such movies. He added, “I had initial doubts how the Tamil audience will take the movie but after watching the Tamil version I was really moved.”
