It consists of various exercise drills involving basic boxing movements and boxing exercises in a circuit training mode.
Boxercise gives participants an aerobic style cardiovascular workout to help burn calories. The workshop will be held at Blue Movement Circle, 33/15 Eldams road, Alwarpet on September 14, 10am to 11am.
