HYDERABAD: Commissioner for panchayat raj and rural employment Poonam Malakondaiah has been posted as secretary of Andhra Pradesh Public Service commission (APPSC) in the existing vacancy. Special secretary for agriculture and cooperation Sunil Sharma will replace Poonam Malakondaiah as new commissioner of panchayat raj and rural employment.
Senior IAS officer Lingaraj Panigrahi, the current principal secretary for minorities welfare, has been appointed commissioner of inquiries in general administration department. DPEP state project director Mohd Ali Rafath will take over as secretary for minorities welfare. Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Marketing Federation managing director G Anantha Ramu will be the new chairman and managing director of the AP Central Power Distribution Corporation Ltd.
