Ramanaidu Film School, which was founded in 2008, has been making additions to its list of courses on offer ever since its inception.
Their principal vision was to give back to the film and television industry, and by extension, society, by providing formal training to directors, cinematographers, designers and actors, who will enhance the standards of Telugu cinema and television.
One such example of their achievement are a group of students, who were selected to be a part of the making of the recently-released film Eega.
Having become popular for its unique story idea and the visual effects, Eega involved students from RFS – some of them being Ashwin Gangaraju (script and assistant direction), Vijay Yelakanti (script writing and visual effects) and Tammineni Pratheek. This clearly indicates that studying in RFS leads to a sure placement in the industry.
Furthermore, the latest development in RFS is that the film school has collaborated with the International Academy o f Computer Graphics (IACG) to launch Bachelor’s and Master’s courses in Animation, Visual FX and Gaming from this academic year, for which admissions start soon and classes begin mid-August.
To provide further details on courses that are being offered at RFS and associated employment opportunities, RFS and IACG will be conducting a seminar on Sunday at the Ravindra Bharati auditorium, at 2 pm.
