OSMECON-14 Begins

HYDERABAD: The four-day Osmania Medical College’s annual medical conference, OSMECON 2014, began at on the campus here on Thursday.

The fifth edition of OSMECON, which was inaugurated by CCMB director Ch Mohan Rao, had its largest-ever turnout with around  a thousand participants from across the country and six from Nepal. The theme of OSMECON-2014 is ‘The psychological renaissance: Abandon your illusions of the delusional’. The event, being held from September 4 to 7, will have workshops, case, paper and poster presentations, medical carnivals and MedTech (competitions in quiz, debating, painting, photography and essay-writing).
