HYDERABAD: The Chaderghat police on Thursday arrested a 26-year-old man, Hashim Hussain, for allegedly killing his brother. The victim was allegedly addicted to alcohol and frequently picked quarrels with family members. On Wednesday, he reportedly threatened his mother and elder brother. During the altercation, Hashim allegedly attacked Safdar with a knife in a fit of rage
