KOCHI: Unhappy with the city roads and transport system? Horrified at the dirt and pollution that’s slowly consuming the city? Here’s an opportunity to express your angst. Reinventing Cochin, an initiative of the Centre for Public Policy Research, in association with the Kochi City Police and Green Dream Foundation, will conduct a cycle rally on December 5 from the Durbar Hall ground. The day coincides with the World Pollution Prevention Day and the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2009 to be held at Copenhagen.
The cycle rally will begin at 7 am. Cycle for a positive change alongside the cops with your friends, peers, colleagues and family. Register at http://www.cppr.in/ to take part in the event. The cycles are limited; so it’s going to be a first come first serve basis. Hurry!
