KOCHI: Abad Nucleus, of Abad Builders, has opened its gold rated green mall at Maradu, Kochi. Nucleus Mall is the first LEED certified gold rated green mall in India.

The certification denotes reduced energy consumption, water efficiency and enhanced indoor environmental quality.

The mall is spread over 1.25 lakh square feet shopping mall space and 45,000 square feet office space with ample car parking. Already some of the leading corporate and business houses have signed or booked office space at the mall. To mark the opening of the mall, a month-long celebration called ‘November Fest’ is being organised. Daily entertainments, games, food fest and fun awaits the visitors at the Nucleus.
