KOCHI: ‘Utsav Rewards,’ an exclusive loyalty program for the Federal Bank debit card holders, has been launched.
The program aims at providing the customers with points accumulated over transactions and assist them in redeeming the same for a wide range of consumer products.
Customers will get one ‘Utsav’ point on every `100 spent through their Federal Bank debit cards at POS and e-commerce. These points can be redeemed against two million merchandise items.
Customers would also benefit by getting higher points or discounts for purchases made from certain brands decided by the bank. Additional general manager D Sampath said that they look forward to continue providing the best possible facilities to their customers and would also launch similar programs in the future.
