THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: After the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Palayam, P R S Pillai Memorial Balavikas Institute, Peroorkkada, will reap the benefits of horticulture therapy.   The programme is based on the healing qualities of gardening, particularly for those who are physically and mentally challenged. The project is being implemented by College of Agriculture, Vellayani, with the financial assistance of State Horticulture Mission.

 The venture was launched at Balavikas Institute on Thursday as part of the 32nd annual day celebrations of the institute. Nandakumar, managing director, KFC, inaugurated the annual day programmes.
