Vyloppilli Samskriti Bhavan director Vilakkudy Rajendran has been selected for the first ‘ Sreekandeswaram Padmanabha Pillai Award’ instituted by the Sastra Sahitya Institute. He was selected for his work ‘Bhashasudhiyum Bharanabhasayum’.
The jury comprised of Puthussery Ramachandran, Perumpuzha Gopalakrishnan and G Madhusudanan Pillai.
The award includes a purse of Rs 15,551, a certificate and a citation.
