Commercial Space for Lease at KSRTC Bus Terminal

Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation (KTDFC) is leasing out commercial space in the newly-opened KSRTC bus terminal built on BOT basis in Thampanoor here.

Nearly one lakh square feet of space, spread on 12 floors, is available for lease. Tenders shall be received at the KTDFC office in Vazhuthacaud till 3 pm on May 19.

Auctioning will be held at the KSRTC bus terminal complex from 11 am on May 22.

Area of units to be leased out, rent, plan for each floor and format of submitting tenders are available at www.ktdfc.com.

It has to be mentioned on the tender how many folds of the rent amount shall be given as interest-free security deposit.

Space will be allotted for those who are ready to give maximum amount as security deposit.

Application fee is Rs 2,100. Earnest money deposit for up to 500 square feet of space is Rs 25,000, for 501 to 2,500 sq feet is Rs 50,000 and above 2,500 sq feet is Rs one lakh.

The commercial spaces are apt for shops, office, multiplex theatres, food courts and so on.
