THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Sports Hub in Kariavattom has started the summer camp for students in the age bracket of 6-17 and will continue till May 25. Training will be given in cricket, football, swimming, badminton, basketball, table tennis, squash, martial arts and chess.
The organisers said the programme has been designed to expose children to a well-designed curriculum and will help improving the sports skills and personality of the students. Qualified coaches will monitor the training in the world-class facilities. Former Kerala Police chief Jacob Punnoose inaugurated the camp on Thursday.
