THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The city shadow police on Friday nabbed a 25-year-old youth for allegedly supplying ganja to school and college students. The Museum police recorded the arrest; the accused is Vishnu, a resident of Pandit Colony, Kowdiar. According to the police, Vishnu was under police surveillance for the past few weeks. Preliminary evidence revealed Vishnu was the one who supplied narcotic substances to school students based on their needs. 

He used to buy the substances from Andhra Pradesh on the cheap and sell it here at exorbitant rates. 
He also had contacts with notorious ganja sellers in south Tamil Nadu and Kerala. 
The police said more persons would be arrested in the coming days. The accused was later remanded in judicial custody for 14 days, the police said.
