The couple was last seen in a dance reality show 'Maanada Mayilaada' on Kalaignar TV. They're once again acting together in Raadhika’s 'Arasi' serial on Sun TV. Raghav acts as terrorist and controls a gang and one among them is Preetha. So, how was it acting together again after a long time? "We are acting for the first time after our marriage. We did a couple of dance shows earlier. Raghav was offered a good role and chose to take the opportunity. Arasi is a prime time serial and my role is also significant, so we are working together," said Preetha.

Though Raghav said earlier that he is not too keen on doing serials. When probed on this, Preetha said, "He is doing a cameo role and it's significant and power-packed. He gives up terrorism and finally dies," reveals Preetha.  Her character is open-ended and shows how she faces society after coming out of the terrorist group.

Raghav was last seen in Alaigal serial in 2003. "He did 'Simran Thirai', a mini-mega. Now, he is working under a big banner for a film," said the actress.

For Preetha, serials are not new. "People forget that I was acting in serials. I first appeared on the small screen in 1999 when I was still in college. I did serials like 'Chithi', 'Marumagal', 'Aalayam' and also anchored a number of shows. I took a break and went to the US for my studies. I played a very important role in Balachander's 'Sahana' serial," says the actress, who is quite thrilled about her role in 'Arasi.'

"The coming days in the serial will be interesting," says Preetha. 'Arasi' is on air from Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm on Sun TV.
