The grand finale of the most watched reality show, Suvarna Television’s- Pyate Mandi Kadige Bandru (City folks come to the forest) will be telecast on January 8. A non-stop 14 hours show will be aired starting from 9 am.

The programme has been shot in a dense forest and the Siddi tribal community people will be the chief guests in the grand finale. The show had 12 boys and girls from the city and the challenge was to live like tribes in the dense forest (Dandeli, 600km from Bangalore) for 60 days.

Pyate Mandi Kadige Bandru is the third sequel from Suvarna after the grand success of Pyate Hudugir Halli Lifu (City Girls - Village Life) and  Halli Hyda Pyateg Banda (Village Boys Come to City). The sequels changed the way reality shows are made in Karnataka and became the bench marks on Kannada GEC with rating crossing 7 TVRs.

“The objective of this reality show is to present the tribal life and human evolution to the viewers. Tribes from the forest played an important role in completing this 75 days shoot. In the process, we have effectively communicated the need for forest conservation and green planet”, says Anup Chandrashekharan, Business Head, Suvarna.

The show spotlighted on how 12 people from city left their urban surroundings and lived and experienced life among the tribes and learnt about their progress. It also showcased how the modern day youth caught in the chaotic life of the city spent time amidst the Sidda tribes learning about their ways and progress.
