Star Wars: Rogue One's character names unveiled

Directed by David lee, the upcoming film will be released on December 16.

LONDON: After treating fans with its trailer, the makers of the upcoming epic space opera, titled ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,’ have unveiled its character names.

Actress Felicity Jones will be seen portraying the role of Jyn Erso, a gifted soldier and warrior, Diego Luna as Captain Cassian Andor, an officer in the Rebel Alliance: Jiang Wen as Baze, a freelance assassin while actor Alan Tudyk will be seen as K-250, a Rebel-owned Imperial enforcer droid, the Independent reports.

Additionally, the forthcoming movie will see actor Riz Ahmed as Bodhi, a rebel soldier, Donnie Yen as Chirrut, a spiritual warrior, Pao and Bistan, who are two aliens, described as being "fierce warriors".

Genevieve O'Reilly will reprise her role as Mon Mothma from 'Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.'

Spencer Wilding will play Darth Vader and James Earl Jones will voice the character.
