LOS ANGELES: Actor Emily Blunt, who essays the role of Mary Poppins in the film's reboot, feels the character is a bit "creepy".

Appearing on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert", the host noted that he always found the character "a little sinister".

"Well, I think she's creepy," Blunt replied.

However, the actor then added, "But I loved doing it, it was just the best.

It really was awesome."

"Mary Poppins Returns" is directed by Rob Marshall.
