WASHINGTON: Maroon 5 star Adam Levine is all geared up to be the executive producer for an eight-episode series titled 'Sugar', for YouTube Premium.
According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, the series, scheduled to come out on August 15, will feature a new artist in each episode.
The star list includes Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Snoop Dogg, Charlie Puth, Bad Bunny A$AP Ferg and among other famous artists.
"I'm really excited to show this interesting show/experiment filled with many different experiences and emotions; based on the concept behind our video for 'Sugar.' I'm extremely grateful and equally excited for all who participated on both sides of the camera," THR quoted Levine as saying.
The series is inspired by Maroon 5's music video 'Sugar', which was originally inspired by the film 'the wedding crasher'.
Besides Levine, David Dobkin, Jay Renfroe, David Garfinkle, Megan Wolpert Dobkin, Josh Gummersall and Todd Yasui will be the other executive producers of the series. (ANI)
