"NOT Funny at all"- has been the common reaction after Tanmay Bhat posted a video mocking conversation with Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar on his Facebook page. This has sparked a massive outrage, with the Shiv Sena, the Bharatiya Janata Party and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena on Monday, demanding action against Tanmay and All India Bakchod (AIB).

The video is titled ‘Sachin v/s Lata Civil War’ and has been posted with a disclaimer, “Also, I obviously love Lata and Sachin, just having some fun.”

Anupam Kher who is the nine-time recipient of 'Best Comic Actor' took to Twitter and responded that the video is 'NOT humorous at all'.

Below is the list of some other stand up comedians and previous incidents where the jokes went a bit too far:

1) AIB featuring Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor: This is not the first time that AIB has got into trouble over celebrity "roasting". In 2014, AIB was caught in a massive controversy over an offensive roast of actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor.

2) Kapil Sharma: In an episode on 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' aired on January 5, the star comedian had cracked a joke about a pregnant woman delivering a baby while travelling on a road full of potholes, which women activists felt was derogatory and insulting. His jokes on pregnant women drew criticism from NGOs which filed complaint against him seeking legal actions. Two NGOs Bharatiya Muslim Mahila Andolan and Kaydeshir Wagne filed a complaint with the Maharashtra State Women's Commission seeking legal action. In another incident, he got into trouble for the controversial portrayal of nurses in his show-'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Nurses from Amritsar, which happens to be Kapil Sharma's birthplace, said that the show depicted them as being "loose-character" and "easily available." The protestors filed a police complaint and demanded a public apology from Kapil.

3) Kiku Sharda: He was booked on December 31, 2015 under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code for outraging religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious belief. He was later arrested for mocking and mimicking Dera chief Gurmeet Singh 'Insan' and was sent to a 14 days judicial custody after the police produced him before the court of Nandita Kaushik, chief justice magistrate in Kaithal.

4) Sugandha Mishra: Melody Queen Lata Mangeshkar was mimicked by a small-time female comedian Sugandha Mishra recently at Mirchi Music Awards 2015. Sugandha who is regularly seen in comedy shows is known for mimicking Lata Mageshkar on various shows, did it again in the Mirchi Music Awards. Many playback singers and composers from the entertainment industry were unhappy with this act of the comedian. Singers like Alka Yagnik and composer Lalit Pandit said this was no way to treat a recipient of the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award.

5) Gurpreet Singh and Prabhpreet Singh: Jalandhar-based Gurpreet Singh and Prabhpreet Singh adopted the names Santa and Banta, respectively, in 1997 and rose to fame with their stage shows on social issues. They were known for their jokes on sardars which has outraged the Sikh community. However, a recent plea seeking a ban on sardar jokes urged them to give up their famous names and choose new ones. They are now known as Shugli (Gurpreet) and Jugli (Prabhpreet).
