Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Senon starrer Raabta which created a lot of buzz due to alleged growing closeness between the lead couple was to release on Valentine’s Day week. A source says, “Since it is a love story the makers decided that this is an ideal date to release the film. But then we were informed that it has been pushed ahead of the date to get time to market it well.”
It is said that initially, the film was going to have a box office clash with Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2. Another source says, “Fortunately on June 9, there is no another big release at the moment, so we will have the solo release and it will definitely help us.”
