Kangana Ranaut has been in news recently for her getting the co-writer credit for her upcoming film Simran. The controversy happened when the writer of the film.

Apurva Asrani claimed that the film is written by him and the actress is stealing the credit. Now the latest buzz is that the actress will apparently look after the promotions of her film. A source says, “Kangana has said to have made changes in her promotional clauses recently. She will apparently have a final call as far as promotions are concerned of her own film.”

It is said that she might suggest chanes too, in the promotional plans as she apparently thinks that over exposure sometimes go wrong for particular kind of films.

Kangana’s next release is Hansal Mehta’s Simran. She will then begin shoot for Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi and then start her directorial debut Teju. She will be playing an 80-year-old woman in Teju.
In other news, Vidya Balan posted a picture of a credit card on instagram with a sly remark, “Who needs credit when your director gifts you this card?” presumably taking a dig at Kangana.
