Ragini Dwivedi will feature in the remake of Vidya Balan’s critically acclaimed film, Kahani.
The production house which has taken the remake rights of the film in South has roped in Anushka Shetty for Telugu, Nayanthara in Tamil and Ragini for the Kannada version.
The actress is currently busy doing stunts as she dons a role of cop in Ragini IPS directed by Anand P Raju.
Ragini’s previous films, Veera Madakari and Kempegowda were also a remake,which did quite well for her.
The film will go on the floors sometime in August.
Major portions will be shot in North India.
Meanwhile, the actress is eagerly waiting for Shiva to release.
