Sachin...is for all ages

A Sharadhaa

It  should be fun to watch cricketer-turned-actor Venkatesh Prasad in his debut Sachin - Tendulkar Alla, directed by Mohan. Venkatesh, along with his wife and a few dignitaries from the film fraternity, watched the film last Friday at Chamundi Studios, and we hear that he was impressed with the outcome. “Honestly, more than my presence in the film, the story itself is fantastic. Master Snehith, who has played the autistic child who wants to emulate Sachin, has done a great job. The film also sees two big south Indian actresses Sudharani and Suhasini. I feel Sachin is a film for all ages. Director Mohan has made a movie that gives everyone a message,” he says.

Venkatesh was also happy to share screen space with Sudharani and Suhasini.

“It was a pleasure to watch Sudharani and Suhasini’s acting on screen. Back in those days, I was excited to go on to the field along with Kapil Dev. Now, I am excited to work with such good actress whose works have always been appreciated,” he says.
