Om Puri back with Tiger

The Pradeep starrer will see Om Puri returning to Kannada after many years

A Sharadhaa

If nothing else, versatile actor Om Puri surely got one gift from his parents -- enthusiasm; and while he is 65, it is not hard for him to deliver when people expect more. Still filled with ounces of energy, the veteran actor loves acting for the big screen. So, when Nanda Kishore was ready with his script Tiger, Om Puri didn’t hesitate to be a part of it.

Last seen in Sandalwood as a strict officer in AK 47 in 1999, the actor again reprises the character of a police officer in the film starring Pradeep. The team of Tiger is currently in Mumbai shooting for a few sequences and Om Puri has already joined the cast at the sets.

Along with Pradeep, the film has an interesting starcast with Madhurima Bannerjee playing the female lead. The film also has Rangayana Raghu and Ravishankar among others.

Music is composed by Arjun Janya while Sudhakar will be the cameraman, Yoganand Muddan will pen the dialogues and KM Prakash will be helming the edit desk.

Retired IAS officer and Pradeep’s father-in-lawShivaram has invested in the film and also plays an important role, which is one of the highlights.
