Puneeth Rajkumar, who has established himself as a talented singer, has for the first time sung a song for the small screen.
The track is for the reality dance show Kick that has Shivarajkumar, Harsha and Rachita Ram as its judges.
Interestingly, the actor raps the number composed by Chandan Shetty, who has also written its lyrics.
Puneeth, currently in Mysuru for Rajakumara's shoot, took time out for the recording.
According to the young music director, the Kaikaalu ninta kade nillodilla, step hakdedre namge nemdi illa is a lively track, one that will fill all the participating dancers with energy.
The song will be featured for the first time in Saturday's episode. The show kicked off on July 16.
