Young Yuvina Dubs For Mummy-Save Me

Just eight, child artiste Yuvina Parthavi is proving to be a rare find. The prodigy, who is settled with her parents in Chennai and speaks Telugu at home, surprised the makers of Mummy -Save Me, when she confidently dubbed in Kannada.

According to director Lohith, Yuvina completed dubbing for the film in three days. “She did not any take any language class. All that she did was listen to us speak on the sets and then she started interacting with us in Kannada. Before dubbing, she just rehearsed the pronunciation and grabbed the basics in no time,” he says.

The director notes that the talented girl acts while she dubs to recreate the same feel, which is her speciality. “We were so thrilled that we even did a making of her dubbing,” he says.

With the shooting complete, work on special effects is going on. “The theatrical trailer will be released along with the film Chakravyuha. We plan to release the film either in May or June,” Lohith says.
