Chikkanna, one of the busiest actor in Kannada industry is currently shuffling between three projects - BMW, Billgates and Double Engine. But it is the latter project that has kept his excitement going.
The reason being him pocketing a role opposite Suman Ranganathan. Chikkanna, admiting that he has been a big fan of Suman Ranganathan said, “Her acting talent has got her ahead in movies of other languages too. I don’t have words to express how I feel when I watch her facing the camera. I am awestruck with her acting skills.”
Double Engine is helmed by director Chandra Mohan who made a promising debut with Bombay Mitai. He is now just left with a song with Suman Ranganath and Chikkanna, which will be shot from today for two days after which he will start with the post production works.
Chikkanna is also upbeat about his role in Chowka. “Tarun had something new for me in the film,” the comedian told City Express, who has some eight films in a row, which shoot, he needs to complete by April.
“I am also a part of Harsha’s project starring Puneeth Rajkumar, Kiss directed by AP Arjun, Mufti, Maanja, Kannadakagi Ondanu Othi ... the list goes on,” he says.
