Sandalwood’s glam queen Aindrita Ray, known for her unique choice in films, always keeps away from the limelight unless it is something that has to do with her films. The actress, who is currently busy shooting for Garuda with Siddharth Mahesh, has decided to work with a fresh and enthusiastic script. She is open for creative concepts, she says.
Aindrita heard good number of scripts for months but has now decided to go ahead with only two projects, which will take off from September.
“Over the last few months, I was busy reading the scripts. Though the line-up was good, I could give dates only for two films,” says Aindrita.
“I don’t like blowing the trumpet before I sign on the dotted line. In case of my project Ayogya with the debutant director Mahesh, the news was out even before the agreement was signed. So that will be one of it.
My other film will be with an ad filmmaker who is bringing a whole new team from Mollywood for a Kananda project. Further details about this project will be given at the right time,” she says.
The actress, meanwhile is waiting for update from the makers of her first Hindi film, which is now in the post-production stage.
