Fans of Shivarajkumar and Sudeep have reason to cheer. Prem will finally be coming out with the much-awaited teaser for The Villain. The excitement is double for film buffs as the director will have two teasers, one of Shivarajkumar and the other of Sudeep that will be launched at GT Mall on June 28. It is likely to be inaugurated by Chief Minister, HD Kumaraswamy. Interestingly, this will be a paid teaser, a first-of-its-kind in Sandalwood. “We have priced the tickets at 500,” says Prem.
The reason behind putting a price to the teaser, he says is purely for a social cause. “This is towards helping a few directors, who have been hospitalised and currently in need of money. So we have decided to donate this money to their families, who are facing a financial problem.”
The Villain has Amy Jackson playing the female lead while B-Town artiste Mithun Chakraborty will play a pivotal role. Telugu actor, Srikanth is also part of the ensemble cast. The film’s music is by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Gire.
