KOCHI: Young actress Meera Nandan who was last seen with Kunchacko Boban in the film ‘Oridathoru Postman’ admits that not all her film choices have been right.

Meera had two releases in 2010 - ‘Pulliman’ and ‘Oridathoru Postman’, both of which were failures at the box office. “Some people come and tell you stories quite impressively.

But when you reach the film sets, you understand that it is far different from what has been narrated to you. But by then, it would be too late to back out of the project,” Meera said.

“I would commit myself for a project only after thoroughly understanding the character and the story, from now on. There were a few offers after ‘Oridathoru Postman’, but I was not convinced,” says Meera.

Meera is now hoping that T V Chandran’s ‘Kinavally’ in which she has a plum role, will turn out to be a break for her.
