According t o the makers of the film, Lal Jose’s ‘Diamond Necklace’ touches upon some never-seen-before facets of Dubai life. The film has Fahadh Faasil, Samvrutha Sunil, Anusree and Gauthami Nair handling the lead roles. The shooting of the film, for which the director has also turned producer, is currently progressing in Dubai.
The story line revolves around Fahadh’s character Dr Arun and the three girls in his life. Samvrutha plays Maya, a beauty parlour owner from Paris while Anusree appears as Kalamandalam Rajasree, a dancer. Gauthami Nair is playing the role of a Tamil nurse named Lakshmi.
Sreenivasan, Jagathy, Rohini and Seema G Nair also play important roles in the film. Sameer Thahir handles the camera while Vidyasagar is composing the songs.
