The latest we hear about Biju Menon-starrer Rosapoo is that Sunny Wayne has opted out of the project. The movie, that has a strong friendship angle to it, was initially supposed to star Sunny and Biju Menon in prominent roles.
However, the latest buzz is that Sunny has opted out due to date issues. Director Vinu Joseph has confirmed this to Express. Rosapoo, a entertainer, is supposed to go on the floors soon.
However, Rosapoo will also mark the comeback of Tamil actor Anjali to Malayalam. The actor, who had earlier done Jayasurya-starrer Payyans, will, apparently, be playing a prominent character who is half-Kannadiga. According to sources, her character is that of a bold woman.
Rosapoo, that has Dileesh Pothan and Soubin Shahir in prominent character, also has 143 new faces.
