KOCHI: The Ernakulam Additional Sessions Court on Monday granted permission to actor Dileep, an accused in the actor assault case, for visiting Dubai and Singapore for 10 days.

Considering the plea moved by the actor seeking permission to visit Dubai and Singapore for the promotion of his recently-released movie, the court granted him nod to visit the countries between April 25 and May 4.

This is the second time Dileep, who is out on bail in the case, is seeking court permission to travel abroad. Earlier, the High Court had ordered to release Dileep's passport to go to Dubai for the inauguration of the Dubai branch of ‘De Puttu’, a restaurant chain owned by the actor, in November last year.
