Pradeep Ranganathan praises Mohanlal-Tharun Moorthy's Thudarum

Since its release on JioHotstar, the Mohanlal-starrer Thudarum continues to get appreciation from audiences, including those from Tamil cinema. Earlier, actor-director Selvaraghavan appreciated the film, reiterating his admiration for Mohanlal. Now, Pradeep Ranganathan has also joined the Thudarum fan club. The filmmaker-actor sent a personal message to Thudarum's director Tharun Moorthy on Instagram where he praised the film. "Hi brother, just saw Thudarum. What a movie! Loved it. I felt the emotions of the protagonist. Extraordinary," wrote Pradeep. He also conveyed his best wishes for Tharun's next project.

The film also stars starring Shobana, ad filmmaker Prakash Varma in his acting debut, and Binu Pappu in key roles. Released theatrically on April 25, Thudarum went on gross over 200 crore at the global box office. It earned praise for Tharun's storytelling and Jakes Bejoy's music as well as the performances by Mohanlal and Prakash.
