In the backdrop of the police- Naxal tussle, a film titled Desadrohi is in the offing. The film will have Namita essaying the role of a powerful cop. Santhi Chandra of Three fame appears in one of the lead roles.
Featuring a young hero, the film will be directed by KS Nageswara Rao, who earlier directed several films with Vijayashanti.
The film will go on the floors in the third week of April. To be shot in Delhi, Rajasthan and Ramoji Film City shooting will be completed by July. And the film will be released on August 15. GVH Prasad is producing the film under Sridevi Cine Chitra banner.
