Lyricist Thabu Shankar, who has penned Mobilea Mobilea (Rendu), Rose Rose (Padikathavan) and so on, has turned director with the film Valluvar Kottam. A love story, the director says the film will also deal with the problems faced by the lovers. As the film is titled Valluvar Kottam, the film starts and ends in the same place. Silver Jubilee Film’s Ramachandran is producing the film. Music by Imman, the movie stars Ashok of Muruga fame. Kirthika plays his love interest.
