Karthi's 'Naan Mahan Alla' nearing completion

Karthi, after giving three consecutive hits, is simultaneously shooting for 'Naan Mahan Alla' and a Telugu remake.

Karthi’s hat trick success with ‘Paruthiveeran’, ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ and ‘Paiyaa’ has got him flying across seventh heaven. Elated with the stupendous success of these films, the actor is busy now simultaneously shooting for ‘Naan Mahan Alla’ and untitled remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Vikramakudu’.

‘Naan Mahan Alla’ is directed by Susindran, who made his debut with yesteryear runaway success ‘Vennila Kabadi Kulu’. This film is produced by K.E. Gnyanavel Rajan of Studio Green Films in collaboration with S.R. Prakash Babu and S.R. Prabhu.

Winning rave reviews for his best performances in ‘Pasanga’ and ‘Nadodigal’, actor Jayaprakash plays the role of Karthi’s father while Kajal Agarwal as his ladylove.

Yuvan Shankar has scored music to the lyrics of Na. Muthukumar, Yugabharathy and Francis while Bhaskar Sakthi has penned dialogues.

The film is close on the heels of completing the final schedule while post production work is going on simultaneously so as to release the film by first week of July. Rajeevan’s art direction is reported to be one of the highlighting traits and Johnson is handling publicity department.

The film is based on a happy-go-lucky youngster enjoying his life to the extremum unaware about the unexpected turmoil awaited on his way.
