After the success of Theeradha Villayatu Pillai, Vishal and director Thiru come together again in Samaran
Produced by Balaji Real Media, the film also features Trisha in the lead, who, for the first time pairs up with actor Vishal.
What’s latest is that the first schedule of the film, which took place in Ooty and Chalakudy, has been wrapped up.
At present, the crew is preparing for the second schedule, which will take place in Thailand from January 10. The action- thriller, Samaran, is a story of a man, who lives in Ooty and a forest trekker, who later faces an unexpected event that changes his life.
Says director Thiru, “We have only finished the first 15minutes of the film. There are two heroines in this film. And With Vishal and Sunaina, we have completed the first schedule. Now, I’m excited about shooting with Vishal and Trisha, as Trisha’s role in this film is different and challenging. She plays the role of an Indian girl working abroad. How she comes into the life of the hero is an interesting phase.”
The film also features Prakash Raj and Milind Soman, playing pivotal roles. The director informs that the songs will be shot in Europe.
“We are planning for a summer release. So, once the Thailand schedule is over, we are planning to travel to Europe to shoot two songs.”
Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for this film.
