Actor Karthi’s fans might have to wait for some more time to watch their favourite star in action.
Yes, it looks like the actor’s next film Saguni might not hit screens on February 17, as was originally planned. The film’s release has been postponed because of the Tamil Film Producers’ Council’s announcement that big films can henceforth be released only on five festival days in a year.
Confirming the news, actor Karthi says, “At the moment, we are unsure about the date of release. Once there is clarity, we will announce the date of release.”
The film, which has been directed by Shankar Dayal, has Pranitha playing the female lead.
