Director Ezhil, who experimented in comic genre at 'Manam Kothi Paravai' (MKP), is all set to start shooting his next film. While MKP made Sivkarthikeyan a full-fledged hero, the soft-spoken director has gone for actor Vimal for the yet-to-be-named flick.
It should be noted that Vimal has been known for his comical acts right from his first film 'Pasanga'. He is currently busy with a number of projects, including director Pandiraj’s 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga', 'Koothu' and 'Moondru Per Moondru Kaadhal'.
This will be Ezhil’s first film with Vimal and has roped in composer Imman for music again. The hunt is on for the heroine. Sources claim the 'Thulladha Manamum Thullum' director is in talks with some actors, who are already familiar with Tamil audiences, and one of them will be finalised within this week.
The film, most likely a comedy caper, will go on floors from October and will be wrapped by the year-end.
