Murugadoss to direct his next in Hindi

Express News Service

After storming the Tamil film industry  in 2011 with its three-film deal with celebrated filmmaker AR Murugadoss, Fox Star Studios is now all set to take their partnership to the next level.

Fox Star has signed Murugadoss for a Hindi film in 2014, even as the third film of their three- film deal in Tamil, Raja Rani, directed by Atlee Kumar is ready for a September release.

The partnership between Fox Star Studios and A R Murugadoss kick started with a breakaway hit, Engaeyum Eppothum  in 2011  and was followed by power packed action entertainer  Vathikuchi in March this year.

Talking about his association with the studio, A R Murugadoss says, “Working with a production and distribution giant like Fox Star Studios has been a good experience for me. We are taking our partnership to the next stage now. I am happy to confirm that l will be directing a Hindi film with Fox Star next year. Besides Tamil, we are also looking forward to take our production partnership in the Hindi market to give a chance to young directors with strong scripts.”
