'OKMK is contemporary romantic comedy'

Express News Service

Director Chimbu Deven, who is known for his socio-fantasy films such as Imsai Arasan 23-am Pulikesi and Arai En 305-il Kadavul, has started shooting his next flick titled Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaanikalum (OKMK). Produced by Mohana Movies, actor Arulnidhi is playing the lead role in the film, while actors Bindu Madhavi and Udhayam NH4 fame Ashrita Shetty have been roped in to play female leads.

Unlike the director’s previous flick, Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam, OKMK is very much a contemporary film and a romantic comedy. “OKMK too will have all the essentials of a Chimbu Deven film and satisfy the family audience,” said the director. Actors Nasser, M S Bhaskar, Ilavarusu and Jayaprakash are also part of the film and the shooting has been scheduled to take place in Chennai and Kerala.

A newcomer Natarajan Sankaran is the music director and his debut flick Moodar Koodam is due for release.
